Picking Chrysanthemum flowers for tea

When traveling through southern China, we came across a field where a small group of women and this lone man were picking these white Chrysanthemum blooms. In the market place many stalls sold bags of these flowers for making tea. And in the restaurants, we drank this tea most every meal. Very mild tea with little to no caffeine. Ummm…
